The website BigHugeLabs allows its users to create their own motivational posters.
This is a fantastic activity to use in the classroom (or just at home!) You can even log in directly from Facebook. Students can research or come up with their own sayings and find/take their own pictures to place on the top. This activity is always a lot of fun. Here are some of mine:
